wanted Looking for hops seeds/rhizomes

Someone on here was nice enough to send me a few rhizomes years ago, but they never grew, must have died of shock in transit.  Looking to get a few new seeds or rhizomes (I'm not even sure if they produce seeds to be honest).  Would be looking for any worthwhile types really: cascade, citra, whatever else is usable or at least has a good shelf life if I ever dehydrated them for later use.

I have tons of Calla Lily and Poblano seeds to trade, as well as red onion seeds, and I have to check what peppers I have abundance of seeds for.

PM me if you happen to have some hops, it would be nice to grow them, if not around the room then to be able to grow them once it stops snowing around here.  Thanks.

I'm from Europe, so I can't help you. Though you might want to specify your taste in beers. Cascade is a good allrounder, but if you prefer a bit more "bite" and bitterness to it (as I do). Then you might want to consider a strain like Hallertauer, if you can get your hands on it in the US. If your not that experienced with it yet, try to read into it and try and select something to your taste. Some fit pilseners where others are only suitable for ales.

Hops does grow from seeds, but I'd opt for rhizomes any day. It's a VERY fast growing plant. It will easily climb 15ft. If you can't provide hight and means to harvest it (though you can lead them horizontally) I'd rather buy hop pellets from a brewing shop. There's a nice topic from last year regarding hops, you might find some useful information there.

Thanks for the ideas.  I know of Hallertauer, and I think that may be the strain that someone from the forums sent me a few years ago that never grew.  I know Cascade and Hallertauer are a bit easier to find, as they are a lot more common.  Citra, Apollo, etc are harder to find.

I'm open to any types, as long as they grow at least I have seeds and rhizomes to store and grow.  Worst case I can always use them and trial and error during homebrew.  I have some time before I get a homebrew setup so I don't mind starting with rhizomes currently anyway.
