So, I think I finally have a clue when it comes to growing peppers. Not that I know what I'm doing, but thanks to people here, I have a clue. Now I'm looking for some good pepper seeds and I don't really know what would be good to grow. I know I'd like to try a scotch bonnet, brain strain, fatalli, and naga viper. I have some ButchT seeds, but the package I received made me unsure of how true the strain is. I guess I'll know better when I get some fruit from it. I heard that there's a white bhut that sounds pretty nice.
Really, though, beggars can't be choosers. I'll buy anything with a bit of heat behind it.
That said, I've been trying to grow peppers in my apartment for a good while now. It's been working well except that they definitely grow much much much slower with only low power artificial light. Because they grow much slower, I'm losing hope for any crop coming in any time soon. If anyone is willing to also sell me some ButchT or Fatalli peppers, I'd really appreciate that as well. The hottest thing I can buy in any store around here is a Thai pepper. Feel sorry for me at all? The hottest pepper I ever had was a bhut. If you didn't feel bad for me before, you do now!
