wanted Looking for Pods for sale/free

Well, once again I've missed out because of our internet blocker at work. I'm looking for anyone that has pods for sale or free (dare we dream!); fresh, frozen or even unripened. Or, maybe you know of a secret site that I've been unable to find. These pods will serve as test subjects in wicked attempts to create bold, daring and innovative sauces. Once said pods have been chopped, cooked, blended and bottled, I would love to pay it forward and share my insidious creations with the kind folks here at THP, at no cost but my own. I realize this is a lofty goal, a tall request and quite a lot to ask, but I must try nonetheless.

ha ha! Thanks for your reply, I've missed your deals twice now!! I just completed my Yellow 7 Asian sauce (http://www.thehotpepper.com/topic/24951-my-first-sauce/page__p__505199__fromsearch__1#entry505199) and now want to do a red Srirachi-style sauce with red pods. I just received about 30 or so Thai chiles that I want to use with another red, not sure what. I just bought some Bhut sauce, so I would prefer something else. Really though, I'm looking for all kinds to experiment with. I have so many recipes crammed in my head and so many things I want to try out. I would be eternally grateful for any varieties to be honest.

Well my season runs late here, with all the heat finally lettin up a li, I will have a bunch of fatalis soon. and some others...
mmmm fataliis.... I have been looking forward to using fataliis and have some wild ideas for them. I really want to do the fatalii cheesecake recipe that was posted a while back; also have an idea for a dessert sauce. Keep me posted!

Well, I have a mystery offer for you. I have one plant that was labeled Grenada Seasoning but has red peppers, my other Grenada Seasoning plants were true to form and flavor. I've never picked it but just tossed it off on it's own once it was obvious it wasn't the right thing and the damn thing never died. I just went and picked a pepper that was just past it's prime and took a small taste, it's definately not a seasoning pepper and I won't be kissing the wife any time soon. My guess is it's an Caribbean Red that jumped ship when I was pulling seeds this spring but there is no way to tell for sure. If you'll cover the shipping I'll strip it and send them out tomorrow. PM me if you're interested.

It's unlikely to be anything else, as I didn't grow any other peppers that look like Caribbean Red this year. I only work with one vial of seeds open at a time to avoid mixups, but obviously something happened. I suspect one of my garden visitors probably pulled out a couple of labels to read and put them back in the wrong spots, as I had one other mystery plant that is a seasoning pepper.
Next year I'm going to post a warning sign saying that the plants have been sprayed with TS pepper spray as a pest deterrent and warning visitors not to touch.:mouthonfire:

However, since it wasn't labeled right I didn't want to make any claims as to what it was or sell them as a named variety. They're on their way to masschilehead, destined for the sauce pot.
