Scorpion powder is also my favorite. For me it seems to alter the flavor of food the least and still be extremely hot. Chocolate Bhut Jolokia is my second favorite (Any chocolate superhot is good actually, Douglah has a bit too much over powering flavor for me, but the heat can’t be beat. I like it mixed in with other chocolate powders). Third for me would be Naga Morich. Nice heat and not as much flavor altering as straight Bhut Jolokia. I'm sure others like the flavor altering properties of some of the powders, so be sure to try as many as you can and see what your tongue likes best. AJ may still have some Yellow 7 powder, send him a PM. WickedMojo (I bought several wonderful powders from him. He has an amazing grill seasoning that he sells) and Judy (pepperlover) also sell powders. cmpman1974 also sells great powders but I believe he is out. You may want to ask him anyway just in case.
