BOOTH SIZE:

Each OutDoor booth space will have a maximum size of 12'X12' and will be
located outside at Acadian Village. If you desire a larger space, you may
purchase multiple booths to accommodate your needs. Fee includes use of
electricity, as available. Vendors must supply their own tents, tables,
coverings, and 100' extension cord. All spaces are available on a first
come, first serve basis and booths will be arranged based on the product
being sold and in the order applications are received.

RENTAL RATE:

Each space is currently priced at $250. If you choose to have multiple
spaces please let us know and we will work to accommodate your needs.


FESTIVAL ENTRANCE INFORMATION:
Your booth fee will include a minimum of 2 vendor passes for booth workers
and 1 Parking Pass. Please let us know if you need more before the Festival.

FESTIVAL TIMES (booth setup available Friday from 5:00 p.m. on)
Saturday July 19, 2014 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday July 20, 2014 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Acadian Village will be secured every evening and a security guard will
patrol during non-festival hours for the weekend.

Vendors are invited but not required to attend the pre-expo Sponsor/Vendor
Party Friday, July 18, 2014 please let us know how many tickets you will
need for this event.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. Vendor is responsible for supplying trash bags and maintaining trash in
rented area.
2. Vendor is responsible for collecting and paying own Louisiana State and
Lafayette Parish sales tax if applicable.
3. The Louisiana Hot Sauce Expo is a family oriented event for all ages.
Exhibits must be shown as such.
4. Vendor agrees to a hyperlink from all Expo owned websites and social
media to their own website.
5. All exhibits must be completely setup and manned by 9:30 a.m. - before
the start of the scheduled event time, 10:00 a.m. Vendors MUST remain setup
and manned for the two full days of the event - NO EARLY BREAKDOWNS - NO
EXCEPTIONS. PLAN FOR THIS. An empty booth just makes you and the festival
look bad.
6. No Immediately Consumable Beverage may be sold from Vendors Area unless
approved by Expo Director.

RELEASE:

I, the undersigned, do hereby release and hold harmless the Louisiana Hot
Sauce Expo, it's officers, directors, volunteers, officials, employees,
sponsors and agents from and against any and all liabilities or claims
arising from any loss or damage to the person or property of the
undersigned while in the possession or under the supervision of the
Louisiana Hot Sauce Expo, it's organizers, promoters or Acadian Village. I
agree to consent to rules and regulations stated and understand that the
Expo reserves the right to dismiss vendors not in compliance with the above
listed regulations, with no refund.

PAYMENT TERMS:
A check or money order for the full amount must either accompany the
application or be paid via paypal. No refunds after December 31, 2013.

58 Red Squares are 10'x10' or 12'x12' Hot Sauce Maker or Arts & Craft Tents.

Other colors are:

74 Yellow Squares are 10'x10' or 12'x12' (4 square would be a 20' Square
Tent) Cooking Competition Tents.

5 Orange Squares are 10'x10' or 12'x12' Bloody Mary Vendor Tents.

2 Dark Blue Squares are 15' x15' Tents to be used by the Expo.

10 Light Blue Rectangles are Food Trucks.

Light Green Area is Children's Play Area.

Purple Rectangle is 20'x40' VIP Tent with Private Restroom.

Building 6 is the Stute's Building that will house 10 Additional Bloody
Mary Vendors and SeerSucker Vodka the Bloody Mary Sponsor.

Building 7 has been reserved for Cajohn's (No other #ed building can be
reserved). {These are reserved for EXPO Sponsor's Displays}

Building 1 is a La Magazin Store housing Hot Sauce Sales for non booth
attendees and Covered but open Blogger Area with Restrooms to the rear.

Building 9 is the Church and will be used for Book Signings.

Building 11 is the Pavilion where the Bands will play and Drinks will be
served along with 6 Spaces to be used by non Food Sponsors

Our Host Hotel is the Four-Star Hotel Acadiana to book a room for expo here

We have on site 38 RV spaces for those vendors with campers. The fee for
each electrified space is $60 for the weekend. To Reserve your spot send an
