Hey thanks for the great review! I'll take an 8 on flavor any day.

Disregard the kale schtick - I made a dumb joke in another topic about it...

I like that you noticed the heat creep up as you ate it - the Chinese firecracker chiles build & linger. Love that you had it on food - my sauces all open up on food more as compared to a spoon. :cheers:
