Mag deficiency?

i have looked at charts and pictures everything seems to point to magnesuim, is this a magnesium deficiency?

its weird only my white habs are affected but seem to be going downhill fast. Any thoughts/advice is appreciated.

magnesium tends to be interveinal chlorosis of the leaf margins. 
 
what are you worried about? the splotches?
 
what are you feeding these plants? looks like a soil less mix.

yes the brown splotches and they are much yellower and sickly looking compared to my other plants.

they are in pro mix ultimate organic with 20% vermiculite. I have only fertilized once with a weak solution of roots Buddha grow.

you need to maintain a charge of fertilizer at all times in a soil less mix.
 
id suggest feeding as per the manufacturers instructions.
