ground beef with packaged taco seasoning. Hugemongous flour tortilla burnt on a gas burner. shredded chedda, red jalapeno hot sauce. lettuce, tomato and onion and sour cream.
This stuff aint bad for packaged taco seasoning. Kinda high in sodium but hey.....Its tacos!!!
Its Taco Tuesday.
But ever day is taco day.
Cheapness frozen fish tacos.
Because.
Its what I got.
Didn't even go shopping.
Because of the commie flu.
Flour tortillahs.
Swiss scheeze.
Some shredded lettuce that I bought for my sister but she didn't need.
Funky tartar/1000 with Best Made Pickles and Whataburger Spicy Ketchup.
Scheeit tastes like sex!
My home made bread n' butter style xalapas.
Return of the ring.
I Chairman Mao'd it like it was my last meal.
It was super chingon!

it`s Quarantaco thursday! 80/20 with casa mamita taco seasoning. i added some of my spicy rub to kick it. huge flour tortilla toasted up. the hot sauce is from the last secret satan box that i got. its a Jalapeno sauce and its nice and spicy. shredded cheddar, onion and lettuce with a little sour cream. time for a beer! 
same as last night but i was in the mood for hard shells. i wolfed one down before i remembered to take a pic.

Though since i cant taste them anyway, i would love to see some red or green in there
i never took any prep pics but i used the same ingredients as the day before with the flour tortilla swapped out for hard shells. the ground beef was spicy plus i had splashed them with jalapeno sauce which is buried under the toppings. its pretty hot for jalapeno.Guatemalan Insanity Pepper said:i spy with my little eye...

I was seriously tempted to throw a couple of sunny side up eggs on top of the Spam in these! I think that*d take these over the top
These tacos were so simple to make, but hit almost every flavor profile and texture that you*d want in a taco; sweet (pineapple), savory and salty (Spam), acidic (pineapple and lime juice), a touch of bitter (red onion and cilantro), creamy (guac sauce and sour cream), a little crunch from the pepper and onion, starch from the tortilla, heat from the sauces. Sofa king good
Not gonna lie; I was absolutely freakin* blown away by how delicious these were! I*ll definitely be picking up another can or two of Spam soon
