Mango Habanero Sauce

Was given 5 orange Habaneros and so did a quick sauce, no cooking and no fermenting, just add soak and blitz.
 
Orange Habaneros 5
Mangoes Dried organic 130gr
Pineapple frozen 60gr
Onion med.
Garlic 2 cloves
Turmeric root
Allspice 1tsp whole
Cloves 1tsp whole
salt 1tsp
ACV org 1 cup
water 1 cup
 
Mix Habaneros and spice in ACV, let it soak for a day.
Add water then add Mangoes and let soak for a day.
add the res then blitz, let marry for a week or so.
 
Tasted great as is :)
