I've been making and selling hot sauce locally here in Manila, Philippines. This forum has been really handy for the past few years. I decided I'd say hi today. Lol

I'm making Philippine Mangoes and yellow habaneros this week too!

Welcome! We had a dog that we sent over to Manila, a presa Canario named "chilli cheese Frito" I cant remember the name of the kennel that had him, he is/was an awesome dog
