Manure Tea

I've been doing some reading up on manure tea, and talked to a farmer the other day who makes his own from his horses.  He swears by it.  I understand it is a decent source of "N", but what about "P" and "K"?  There are a lot of sources where I live for various types of manure from naturally fed livestock, so I might give it a go.  Anything I need to know?  Thanks.

I am not too keen on the manure tea, but I would be careful using it if hasn't been properly composted.  I have had great results with teas made of kelp, some worm castings, and other micro/macro nutes, but havent ventured into the manure tea.  I would be interested to hear a bit more though.
