Thank you for accepting me into the group. I suspect that you guys are way out of my league as I'm a tenderfoot (tendertongue?) . But I look forward to trying some new things with the habanero peppers and Carolina reaper peppers a friend intends to give me come September. There will be a lot of them, I don't want to waste any, but I don't think I'll live though cooking and eating the latter.

@Maura welcome to the group! Don't worry, you'll be fine, and there are ways to reduce the heat in some of these so you get the maximum effects of the flavor without a near-death experience!
