May be due to excessive heat?

Hi guys, here in Italy we're struggling with heat: no rain and the last 15 days always around 35°C (95°F) and a lot of humidity.
Friends told me this could be the possible explaination for some signs i have on fruits, maybe a "magnifying glass effect" of drops of water.
They are two kinds of signs: first is a green/brown and soft spot on the pod 
 

 
Second one seems like a peeling on the pod, white spots, as it has been bruised
 

 
Only Chinenses got these problems...

It could be heat, but it could also be nutrients. At any rate, see if you can get them a shade cloth.

My guess is that the two pods on top look like possible blossom end rot.
 
The bottom pod looks like it has stink bug damage.

Humidity should not present a problem. Pepper plants are tropical in nature.
Are you overwatering?

That can cause what we call "marciume apicale" (apical rot).
 
This should be given to the regulation of liquids (dryness followed by excessive watering) creating damages on the fruit walls...
