Mexican Jalepenos........Walmart

I had purchased a can of Jalepenos nder $2 about a couple of months back and had forgotten about that.

Today morning I laid my hands on that tin and opened up.
It was packed very tight with sliced peppers. I was curious about the heat part of it.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was really HOT for Jalepenos(what I get here in Michigan). I simply loved the heat and also the quantity.I think it had about 15 to 20 large peppers and is is worth every cent I paid.

If you get the same in walmart, try it out.

I always have a tin or two of those lying around...love 'em on natchos, sammies, with eggs, you name it. Good for just eating as snakz too. :)

Brand I usually get is Herdez, sometimes whole ones sometimes slices. Usually pickled in vinegar with onions and carrot slices called "in Escabeche"
