I never tried adobo sauce and I want to make it. I found a ton of recipes online but the problem is I do not know what kind of taste authentic Mexican adobo is . Which one is which is a proper one ?
Most recipes recommend 3 types of dried peppers, such as ancho, guajillo and chile de árbol. I do not have it here but I can find dry peppers with a mild, medium heat level and a spicy one.
That's the best thing I can do. I know it will be different because I will use the local dry peppers instead of Mexican, but it will certainly be something I never tried in my life.
I need advice, recipe or link, what I need toget an adobe that is closest to original taste.
cheers
