I really like the Mezzetta Yellow Hot Peppers, and when I'm finished with a jar I throw my peppers into the brine. That is if my wife has not drank it all before I get to it.
I have experimented with several brine's but can never seem to get that Mezzetta taste. I know someone out there has got to have their recipe.
