My name is Michael Krantz. I've been in the F&B space for 20+ years serving in multiple capacities. Always having a love for heat, I acquired Big Daddy's Bar-B-Q out of Des Moines, IA early this year. Having been in business since 1983, BDBBQ is the true original BBQ in and around the Des Moines metro area. With placement in grocery and convenience stores, we hope to grow the brand to become more regional. Looking forward to the discussions and education this forum may provide.
