Very interesting, but looks a little specific for your average bumbling consumer. Hell they had to reformulate the Ov-Glove to take in to account numbskulls that can't differentiate between hot surfaces and hot gases (steam).
I wonder if they tested with a variety of cups. They mention using a specific glass/non-metal cup, but considering the minority of people read instructions/warnings, or follow them, there might be a few burned hands
I didn't see mention as to what temperature it reaches or if that is even controllable?
