annuum Mild Jalapeno Suggestion

Hey everyone! My wife and I like making and using Cowboy Candy to use with some meals, especially on pizza. I haven't been keeping up with pepper varieties for a while and wanted to know which jalapeño variety would be a fairly mild version. She don't like them too hot. Any suggestions?
I've got some jalapeño seeds here but if I remember correctly, they were pretty spicy. I don't remember the names off the top of my head but seems like they were the seeds that came from the chili pepper institute. Orange maybe?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hey @Tybo , TAM Jalapenos are one of the most well-known for being very mild. As with any pepper, there can still be variability, so taking an extra step and removing the seeds and placenta will probably help ensure a comfortably mild level of heat.

@Tybo, here's some more no/low heat jalapeños to choose from - Nadapeno or Fooled You Jalapeño. I haven't grown either, but they're both pretty popular in the low/no heat world.
Thanks DR. I placed an order with them earlier today and their TAM and the Nadapeno are two of the seeds I ordered. I picked out 3 more varieties while I was there also. Nice prices and most of the qualities are minimum 25 seeds per pack. Looks like my spring planting just increased!
