Hey Guys,

I took a sabbaticle from here for 6 months because I have joined an Indian Grocery store as Floor manager since April. We sell Pepper (Indian ) powders, Turmeric, Cumin,Coriander, Chai Masala, and all spice mixes for Indian/Pakistani meat dishes like Chicken/Mutton curries, Lamb curries ,Vindaloo etc. We also offer all Teas, from India, Kenya and also Rooibos and Honey Bush Teas.

I also would love to buy Whole Bhuts/Naga Jolokias .

NJA, I've been wondering where you were!!! Welcome back. Sounds like a neat thing you're into. What powders do you have? Just curious. How was your year?

I have Kashmir,Sannam Hot, Pusa Jwala powder (they don't say on package but I know what they use). The prices are very cheap and unheard of .


We sell whole chillies like Bydgi, Gundu, Reshampatti, Pari etc. Thanks for welcome.

 
I live 1/2 block from a great little Indian grocery store/restaurant. I buy most of my produce and spices there for much less than the big stores, and it's better quality. I bring my own peppers to the restaurant and they cook them with my dish which is really cool, but I'm pretty sure they think I'm :crazy: .

I am Loving the BYOP's Idea----- that is too frecking cool I mean :mouthonfire: :mouthonfire: I am going to start doing that.

i have 1/2'd bhuts if you are interested (sliced in half before dehydration). I have about 3/4lb (maybe a little more) dried.
