My local Ace Hardware has this stuff on clearance in 20# bags. It says it is made from pelletized "dehydrated poultry litter." Would this fertilizer be good for my peppers or anything else?

Poultry litter is good stuff...well-balanced, but don't everdo it as it can burn the plants. If you are really concerned about making the healthiest produce for your family keep in mind that it may contain antibiotics.
This would be going in the garden.
