Missing tool bar

My tool bar has vanished from the reply window. How can I get it back?

hit the little arrow button on the right side of the reply box area

Don't see a red arrow.

Toggle the left switch if it's greyed out.

I'm still totally missing all of it. No greyed out switch, no arrow, nothing.

The arrow on the right side is not red, it is an UP arrow in a box and it hides the toolbar. When you hover over it says collapse toolbar or if it is collapsed the arrow points left and says expand toolbar.

click on the reply box like you are going to reply and in the upper right you should see this

Got it thanks.  Wasn't showing up but just clicked all over the area and it opened up. Appreciate the patience.
