seeds Mixed Spectrum Fluorescent Lighting for Seedlings?

I picked up another shop light today and two T-8 3000K 2950 lumen bulbs to compliment the existing shoplight with two T-8 6500K 2850 lumen bulbs.

Will the seedings benefit from the 3000K or should I return and replace with another pair of 6500K?

Does the mixed spectrum provide any benefits for the seedlings?

This gives me 11,600 lumens at 92 watts.

I'm not sure what the total lumens are in my setup, but I use Phillips Sun Sticks to get the full spectrum of light and let the plants use what they want. The cost was actually cheaper for me to use Sun Sticks over the Plant and Aquarium tubes as well. I have been able to get a few plants to germinate, produce pods and ripen with fluro's, but don't expect bumper crops from the set up. Fluro's are simply a means to getting the seedlings started.

I plan on having this setup only for seedling starts. I can't find much on "Phillips Sun Stick", are they a specialty light?
