fertilizer-nutrients mixing chemical fertilizer

I hope there is no debate between organic or chemical fert.
I have about ten pepper plant, moruga scorpion, jay peach scorp,carolina reaper, thai bird,portugal pepper. Some are already flowering and some have not flowered.
My chemical fertilizers growmore 32-10-10 and 6-30-30, Is it okay if I mix both of them? Whether there is no negative effect on my plant?
So I do not really think about when the time is vegetative and/or generative. 
my schedule, sunday chemical fert and Wednesday liquid organic fert(from local store).
