Can I mix a sachet of pH down powder I have with some water to make a solution?
My thoughts are this will be easier to add (syringe) and control the amount I am adding. It should also mean that the added pH down solution will mix in with the rest of the water (deep water culture) without the need for much mixing - the powder will already be dissolved into a liquid.
I'm thinking of it like adding milkshake powder to milk requires mixing but the 'crusha' milkshake liquid requires next to none.
I have a 25g sachet so how much water do you think I should dissolve it into? Im aware it will be corrosive when mixed.
