I use Molasses allot. As a kid my mom would make a Molasses type granola bars she would bake in the oven, was awesome. Maybe some people dont realize how versatile it is when using the right type. Lots of sauces use it but mostly in baking. Maybe stir up some interest Looks like some counties have their own labels of types.
