I am growing moruga's and will have pods over the winter in my indoor tent. I recently de-seeded dried trinidad scorpion pods and the cap got under my fingernails, needless to say, it was fun walking around with glowing heat on my face where the cap ended up as a result of touching it. I plan to use gloves in the future. If the cap can still somehow penetrate a double set up gloves, I don't see myself handling the seeds much myself. Was the leak a result of handling them for hours or a few minutes ? You used Latex gloves, right ?

It sounds like nitrile is the way to go, latex can allow the cap to eat through, even from short exposure ?

Yeah Dave...the cap really is nasty on my Morugas....I have a bunch of flesh from de-seeding a TON of Morugas....It's nitrile gloves ONLY! :) These things don't play! I highly recommend u have someone else handle any large quantities as its just a HUGE hazzard handling them for hours on end in a "fresh" state....the dried flesh I have now is CRAZY hot! Want me to send you a sample Dave? :)
