Hey everybody, Big Red here again for a review from our friend TrueNorthReptiles! It's a moruga scorpion jerk sauce which is one of the best sauces I've ever tried. Enjoy!

Thanks for the review, brother! We're glad you liked it. Come payday I am going to order some bottles and give away a couple properly made up bottles of it to THP members via a contest type deal. I'll send you some more as well.
 
The ingredients are fairly simple. It has some corn syrup, soy sauce, vinegar, molasses, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, pineapple, garlic, a few dried peppers, onions, garlic, tamarind, anchovy, corn starch and a few more that I forget off hand.

Nice review Red! I just got back from Jamaica in April and have been on a non-stop jerk kick - still trying to find that right sauce.
