annuum Most prolific of the Jalapenos?

Not absolutely sure

But from my limited experience, I would say

Japapeno M if you want a true strain
Biker Billy Hybrid from Burpee was bigger and more pods but is a hybrid....

Jalapeño Early has always been a failure for me.  Small weird pods...  Not a lot of them.

This year I am growing

Craig's Grande Jalapeno (heard great things about it)
Cracked Jalapeno (from PepperLover)
Giant Jalapeño (seed exchange)

Over the course of a season, not just at one time, my best producers have seemed to be Early Jalapeno.  Thinking maybe Arijar had the opposite results due to the different climates between KY and FL.

Perhaps his seeds are bad quality (no offense). They produce like crazy for me as well. The jalapenos are small with the right shape but hotter than a lot of other varieties.
