Justed wanted to give a shout out to Nick and Melissa for there amazing act of kidness . I was the first to enter a giveaway they were having( did not pick the right numbers) and the decided to give me an awesome Christmas gift . Two bottles of there special sauces and some super tasty yellow 7 powder. Both of the sauces look pefect in color and consistency. I will post a review later on my grow or in the review section. Thank you guys and an extra Merry Christmas to all my chili family.

Received my 12.21 box in two days, cross-country!

About half of the yellow powder went into the tamarind sauce. A nice "make your own heat-level" mix.

The fresh peppers at Christmas were a hit!

I have demolished the Tamarind sauce . It has the perfect blend of heat and flavor. Rob( Chewi) it was great on meat,chips, and anything else you eat. I could see this as being a everyday sauce it is that good. Nice Job Nick and Mel!!!
