seeds Mustard Habaneros and Chocolate Habaneros stable?

Hi pepper lovers,
 
I have noticed that there is some difference in how pleated specific plants from Chcolate Habaneros and Mustard Habaneros seeds are, is this normal?
 
Just wondering if the seeds i got were accidentally cross pollinated or something, as not all of them have the nice looking pleats, some are much more pumpkin or smooth looking....

I can't answer your question but I can add to the confusion. Note the different shapes circled in different colors  -on the same plant?

White - Round/No Waist
