Seafood Chimichanga with savory sauce (basic recipe courtesy of CooksRecipes.com):
 
Sauce = butter, flour, half-and-half, fish sauce, shrimp paste, cilantro, Aleppo powder, salt, pepper.
 
Chimichanga filling = green onion, Serrano, Aji Limon (courtesy of Jamie), some really hot yellow pepper (Yellow Brain? - also courtesy of Jamie), garlic, tomato, crab, shrimp, scallops, Monterey Jack, cheddar cheese.

I wish I had tuned into this sooner, that is just plain awesome. Buddy, I think you made another cream sauce a little while ago with Aleppo that I wanted to steal. Might just have to put this one on the to steal list too. I bet that would be great as a sauce for crab cakes or even as a seafood pasta sauce.
 
Decided it's only appropriate to make a boo-rito right before halloween! Sous vide chicken torn up with cilantro, mexican rice with jalapeños, refried beans with garlic and some trinidad perfume yellows, all rolled up and topped off with some home made mole, melted cheese and some pow  pow
