My Bahamian Goat Pepper Sauce

Here is something I just put together which turned out very good.

20 Bahamian Goat Peppers
1 Cup Rice WIne Vinegar
1/3 Cup Molasses
1/3 Cup Sugar
6 Bay Leaves
Juice from 2 Lemons
1 Table Spoon Course Ground Black Pepper
6 Red Plums
2 Table Spoons Sea Salt
6 Cloves Garlic

Blend all ingredients in a blender then bring to a boil and cook uncovered 15-20 minutes for sauce to thicken.

Its very hot and sweet and tangy at the same time.
Makes a killer dipping sauce!

sounds and looks delicious!

Did you blender the bay leaves also or just have them in the simmer? The bay leaves I use are the dried ones and they never get soft when in pot roast or stew.
