My first grow

Hello, I would like to share with you my small hot peppers grow and get your advice on what I'm doing right or wrong.
I currently have Jalapenos, Reapers and Habaneros. The temps are quite low at night, going to 13C (55F) but acceptable in the day, 26C (79F).
Soil is 30% peat moss, 50% potting soil & 20% perlite. Feeding 2 times /day.
Let me know your thoughts.

First off, things look great. The garden is well organized, everything looks healthy and setting flowers so that's great. My only questions: why are you watering twice daily? Are you using any fertilizer or nutrients? And as everyone else said, welcome to THP

I am using this formula: 

Gravity feeding 1 minute 7.00AM / 7:00PM. I have no ideea if it is too much or too less, just observing the plants and the humidity percentage from a Parrot Smart Sensor.
This is the soil humidity in the last 10 days, since the temperatures have not changed much, I guess it's the plants drinking more.

Should I change the watering schedule?

What I have done, and a few others do is wait until the soil dries pretty well before feeding again. I used a probe hydrometer to determine how dry it was, the top of the soil was almost cracking and the plants just started to droop. Make them suffer a little. They will produce more and hotter pods from what I have seen and read. You don't want to completely dry the soil, but enough to make a difference.

I turned down the watering and they seem to enjoy it. 
 
In a different corner of my garden I have a hydroponic system whit 6 leftover reaper plants which I didn't want to throw away. It looks like they are doing great, but I need some advise if someone has tried this before. Should I move them into soil pots or leave them and see what happens. Will the roots grow too big and obstruct the water flow?

I let my plants start to wilt before I water them again. This is once every 10-14 days. However if it's been at least 7 days since the last watering and it's going to be over 40 degrees C, I will water them again if I at work all day
