I set up this weekend at the Ilikeithotfestival in Tampa FL. It was my first time setting up at a festival or farmers market. I really didnt know much of what to expect. I made about $400 in sales over the two days. Turnout wasn't that greatest but it was a good experience.and with about 35 other hot sauce vendors I thought I did pretty well. Finally getting out there and having people try my sauce was more than worth it. Reviews were really good. People really liked it. Maybe there were a few that said it was too vinegary but I know I'm not going to win over people who dont care for a vinegar based sauce. Besides that the common remark was that it had great flavor. For me it was a win, win. On to the next one.
