If your plants are in soil I think you are over feeding the nutrients. My nutrients for plants in soil are usually around 1.2 EC. My hydroponic plants are generally in the range of 2.2 to 2.6 EC.

Are the plants in coco coir or ??. The E.C. seems to be high compared to what I do. Also, first step should be to get rid of pests.
