Looking good ;)

Now the question is,what to do with excess? Make sauce, pickle them, puree them or powder them?

I have about 150 gms of Kanthari white chili powder too!!
(New stock of kanthari arriving next week (250 gms for seeds)

I think I will hit the sauce trail.

On second thought, I removed the plants too early. I should have waited some more time because the temperatures are still in 60s here.I deeply regret the early demise. I can't do wintering because we stay in an apartment and have no space. :(

But this year, the story might be different.
