My OTW Progress

I believe my first over wintering is going well.  I water the plants every two weeks and add just a splash of Hydrogen Peroxide to each watering.  The stalks are still green and on a few of the plants I can see small (very small) leaves coming in.  I can see this giving me a huge jump on the growing season this year.

Nice! My OW plants have also been putting out new growth, even the Jalapeno plant which supposedly is very hard to OW. Good luck!

     You got that right! I overwintered some plants for the first time last year and I couldn't believe how big, early and productive they were last summer. That was just an experiment with four plants, this year I have 13. I'm totally sold on overwintering from now on.
     Just make sure to give them LOTS of space if you're going to plant them out. Mine ended up being monsters!
