That blue bowl was 5 poblano and 5 Anaheims, an onion and a head of garlic.
After the chilis were roasted they were sauteed and deglazed with a glass of tequila and a glass of wine. Then the dried superhots, courtesy of gnarlypods.com were tossed in to soften up. I also added a glass of water.
After everything was soft, I put in the molasses and honey.
