Looking great, man!

And I hope y'all make it through this little tropical storm alright. I'm crossing my fingers that all these unripe pods I have can take the wind.

Jub, this is a little rain thing with a little more wind than normal but I really don't need the rain.
Yeah, it seems like everyone's freaking out because of all the flooding last summer.

I kinda feel like I wasted my afternoon driving down to my Dad's camp in Grand Chenier. But he's out of town and we've gotten screwed before.
Plugged and tied up the boats so they don't float away on the off chance the levee breaks.

i have a question about cross pollination ...my pepper plants touch each other so does that mean the seeds i get out the pods will be mutts?

Not necessarily, but there is always a chance.  I think it is more likely within the same species.  You can always isolate a few flowers now, to save for seed.  Bag them or whatever.
And I don't know what the actual percentage is, there are a bunch of factors, I'm sure.  But, I'm just finding out, as my pods start ripening, that I'm growing a handful of mutts this year.  So, I guess it's higher than I thought.

If you don't feel like doing any isolating, maybe keep some seeds from different pods on the same plant separate.  So, next year, you can start a few of each, just in case one of your pods was cross-pollinated.

Pics not showing, so I went back to your last pic.
I like those diverse family photos with all the shapes and colours.

i feel like i started late for this seasons grow.

i got my seeds germing. and will amend my out side beds this week.

i know for sure i will be putting in a wheel barrow full of cold sheep and donkey poop per bed.

Yes you started late!!

I planted 31 tomatoes plants a few days ago and dropped some bean and cucumber seeds yesterday waiting on the rain to water them in that we didn't get. Here's the row after I got it ready for plants, the soil moisture is right and makes it look good.
