My peppers are shriveling up and dying

How hot was it getting in the greenhouse?  And second did you start these inside and then stick em outside right away in the sun?

I put them outside for a couple hours at a time for about a week. I think the green house might have fried them, I forgot to open the flaps today

Yea looks like it.  Seedlings and especially newer sprouts like those don't need to get to the point of wilting otherwise that is exactly what will happen.  Try to keep your next batch moist but not soaking wet by any means.  Once they get a little further along its ok to let them wilt before watering.  Easy mistake.  Good luck.

I don't think it holds enough water.

Try something with peatmoss and pearlite.

I use Sunshine #4. It wioek wonderful.

I have tried the cactus type potting mixes, they suck!

Even my cacti will not thrive in the bark stuff.

The bark gives it a lot of air, but not enough water or nutrients.

Even my tomatoes, and onions die in the bark stuff.
