With the development of my mustard and wing sauce; and ready to move forward with my mild sauce, naming each has been a chore.

I am looking to keep the names "true" to New Orleans whether it be Cajun in essence, or Voodoo, Mardi Gras etc.

This leaves me with my very first creation, Liquid Napalm, out on its own.

My question...do I change the name of this sauce? Do I leave it alone? Do I bottle it with 2 different labels? What do you think?

How about changing it to something like Cajun Napalm or Liquid Cajun Napalm. But, I'm with Iggy, if it already well established, leave it alone. If not, then simply dive in and change it, just do an announcement.

Change it. You're not famous yet, so do it now. :)

I'd say keep the name, but if you do change it then take one of the suggestions pepperfreak gave above.

Come to think of it, I'm partial to Cajun Napalm.;)
