bluemeanietsi do you register your trademark names or just use common law rights? Anyone else that produces products for sale please answer as well, I'm just curious how you protect your names and if it's even worth the time and money to do it, especially when you don't produce products for sale and name your various hot sauces with labels and such for friend gifting as I do.
