That is definitely an Ornamental Thai Hot from Bonnie. They produce many tiny, seedy pods that are pretty to look at. Aside from their ease of care and pretty looks, the only edible use I have found for them is crushed pepper flakes. Their thin walls and seedy innards are perfect for flakes. Just a few hours in the dehydrator, put them in a plastic baggie, and crush them up. Neat little plant for in planters where winds are an issue. Being smaller and bushier, they are tough and weather resistant.
