if i cannot find neem oil.... can i use neem leaves ??

blend/grind them and mix water and spray on the plants ??

i planted a neem plant in front of my house. its just about 4 feet tall now.

i don't think its possible with the little leaves that is left in my plant..

i tried spraying with the blended leaves. i still found little bugs moving around the leave the next day..

we had a large neem tree at our home when i was younger . it use to produce lots lots of fruits.

Try health food stores. I've seen it there. It's used for a lot of other thing too.

I assume that you're trying to get rid of aphids? If so you can try blending up:

2 Cups water
2 Medium garlic cloves
1 TBSP Baby shampoo OR Dish soap
1 small onion

Put all ingredients into a blender and puree. Let sit overnight then strain through a coffee filter or cheese cloth. You want to remove the particles so they don't clog up your spray bottle. Spray on the affected plants making sure to get the bugs.

just curious.. aphids are the ones that can fly right ?? small ,light green and under the leaves.

Sorry, I failed to see where you live. In canada we have health or nutrition stores. Do you have these, or were looking in that section at another type of store?

the neem oil i was looking at plant section of supermarket/hypermarkets.

when you informed me that it might be in health products ,so i asked my lady colleagues and what i heard is that i can find these in Indian street where there are plenty of indian made products sold. they sell from health to food to cloth product in this area.
