hot-sauce Nel's Old Time Scotch Bonnet Sauce

Have a friend who just came back from Jamaica with a couple of bottles of this sauce.

I'm not much of a sauce eater, so I didn't open it for a week and this was a mistake.

It's a scotch bonnet sauce with lots of fruit with the chile and it goes very well with eggs, juevos motulenos, macaroni and cheese so far. Going to try it on something new tomorrow.

Not killer picante and very flavorful.
 
I'm partial to Caribbean sauces myself, Willard. Great review. Next time I'm in the islands (probably next summer) I'll look for this one.
