ARSON FIRE - Superhot Puree
Made with 75% chillies (Trinidad Scorpion, Naga Morich and Bhut Jolokia) and just enough vinegar for preserving. Taste all the natural flavours of these chillies and feel the extreme natural burn. Heat builds for around 45seconds and then feel your face warm up too. A smooth,thick, bright red paste/puree. Excellent addition to curries or if you are crazy enough smear some on your sandwich.

ZOMBIE JUICE - Mild flavourful Jalapeno sauce.
A great tasting Jalapeno sauce that is mild enough for the whole family, even the kids love it. Some of the ingredients include garlic, coriander, parsley, cumin,apples and Jalapenos. Our sauces are a bit thicker than most so they don't run off your food and plate and have an interesting texture to it.
Artwork is by a local named Sam who also designs tattoos and cartoon type characters. Our zombie may look nasty but the sauce definately is not!
Great on Nachos, fish and chicken. Or how about making a dip with it? Simply add sour cream or cream cheese to desired amount of Zombie Juice. Great for the late night attacks.

HOT EMBERS

A hot spice made with Bhut Jolokia and Habaneros. Over 15 pods per shaker! Excellent on toasted cheese and tomato sandwiches, roasted vegetables, chips, garlic prawns, use as a rub on meat with a bit of oil, nuts.
Ingredients are all natural and include - Bhut, Habs, Salt, Morroccan Spice, Paprika, Garlic, Onion. A must have to any pantry or spice rack.

Speaking of spice racks, just what you need for your kitchen wall! Handmade and painted by my talented partner Adam. The shelf is wide enough for 2 rows of spices and it also features a paper towel holder. A great gift to any chilliheads home.
