new England vs hailstorm.

I dont know how the rest of NE was tonight, but here in VT had golfball sized hail and tornado warnings. How did everyone fare against the storm?

I got lucky, my super awesome wife covered my plants with a tarp moments before the storm hit. I haven't had a chance to check closely, but on a close gland I think I ended up casualty free.

I heard that the Bennington area and North Adams, MA got whacked... We got the rain and wind but no hail. I staked the chiles just before the storm, and they look a little bent up, but they'll straighten.

we got the heavy rain - not much for wind, and i've got fair windbreak on all sides of the garden

a few tomatoes are a little droopy, but no real damage - we did get 2+" of rain over 24 hours, though

In CT we got rain late with little lightening and thunder - was looking helluva lot worse was coming. Im in Central CT usually the Northwest corner gets rocked by everything - Im not sure how they faired
