fermenting New Goat Ferment

Been a long time since I did a Ferment.
Ghost peppers came out great going to try goat peppers
this time. Anyone ferment any goats before?
One of 5 plants they are putting out lots of pods now..

I have. Only once, but Bahamian Goats make a delicious fermented sauce!

(Another thread that I desperately need to resurrect ;) )

-Bahamian Goat pods
-pineapple
-golden raisins
-turbinado sugar
-agave nectar
-fresh ginger root
-minced garlic
-Himalayan pink salt
-4g probiotics
-Moscato wine brine

I made it 4 years ago but the sauce was a hit with everybody who got their hands on some ;)

Ok got them picked:P waiting on a little Kefir whey starter to kick them off.
The plants are real old , seem not as hot as new plants. The pods seem to get smaller with age
I put a few to the side for seeds new plants this year.

Everyone raves about the Bahamian Goat peppers. They are #1 on my list to get seeds for next year.
