new growth wilting and curling up

My two Bhuts have new growth that is wilting and curling up. I don't think it's overwatering as I have been just watering when my probe says "dry", about every four days or so. I transplanted to five gallon pots about two weeks ago and have stopped nutes with an exception to espom spray every two weeks and put Bone meal at the bottom of the plant when I transplanted. My two habs and Jalapeno are doing fine. It's also been really rainy in Quebec and not much sun since transplant
 
Not sure this will help at all but one of mine was doing the same thing for about a week or so, I did not change a thing yet as of the last couple days it seems to be growing out of it.
